I recently stayed at a 4-star hotel that provided enhanced comfort and quality services. This place is definitely luxurious and exceeded my expectations in many aspects. the location of this hotel is ideal as it is close to the city centre, making it convenient to explore the surrounding area. Additionally, the service provided here is top-notch. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist me with any questions or requests I had. The room was spacious and impeccably clean, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. Furthermore, the amenities in the room were outstanding. From the air conditioning to the mini-bar and tea/coffee facilities, everything was provided for my convenience.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Despite a slightly better location close to the city centre, the hotel fails to impress. the rooms are clean and well lit, but several light bulbs are burned out and the air conditioning is shaky. the breakfast is wanting, with dry scrambled eggs and a lack of typical breakfast offerings. Some personnel are polite and helpful, while others are rude and unprofessional. the comfortable beds and clean bathrooms might be enough to make up for some of the hotel's shortcomings.

The hotel's unreliable staff made communication difficult , especially those who don't speak Portuguese.
